I want to run a couple of marathons, and a handful of half marathons. Bettering my time with each race! To become a better, stronger runner, mentally and physically.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To keep running and one day qualify for Boston, all while showing my family and myself what it looks like to never give up!!

Married to my best friend for close to 9 years and have a precious babygirl that just turned 1!!!

I only slept about 4 hrs last night. Was out in the garden for 3 hours today- so I got some cross training in as well! I did this on the TM. Straight running with a quick sprint for the last 200 meters. I feel hungry!

Such a tough run. I was going for 14 but ran out of time and energy! Average pace was 9:07. Elevation was 2300 feet. Quite hilly for me. I did run over sailboat bridge which was pretty awesome! Ended up with 2 huge blisters on the outside of my big toes, one was a blood blister.

Got up super early to be running by 4:15, had a small trail to run on and ended up going around maybe 30 times! Ha! Beautiful morning! Saw a bunch of deer hanging out in the field by the trail! 3 bottles of water, 2 nuun tablets, 2 gel, 2 bathroom breaks, got hungry at mile 12, and side stitch at mile 14. Banana and protein bar for breakfast 20 min before running. 8:32 ave pace!! So excited!
