Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a couple of marathons, and a handful of half marathons. Bettering my time with each race! To become a better, stronger runner, mentally and physically.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To keep running and one day qualify for Boston, all while showing my family and myself what it looks like to never give up!!

Married to my best friend for close to 9 years and have a precious babygirl that just turned 1!!!

I only slept about 4 hrs last night. Was out in the garden for 3 hours today- so I got some cross training in as well! I did this on the TM. Straight running with a quick sprint for the last 200 meters. I feel hungry!

Speed work. Warmup, 400x5 @ 6:49 ave ppm, 400x3 @6:40 ave ppm, 800x1@ 6:40 ave ppm, cool down. Felt really good, 1 side stitch that I worked through, felt like I could've kept going!
