I want to run a couple of marathons, and a handful of half marathons. Bettering my time with each race! To become a better, stronger runner, mentally and physically.

I only slept about 4 hrs last night. Was out in the garden for 3 hours today- so I got some cross training in as well! I did this on the TM. Straight running with a quick sprint for the last 200 meters. I feel hungry!
